Go to the Petstore, and get a bunch of diffrent toys.
It’s not rocket science.
Tell your daddy not to be buying anymore mutts, unless he’s adopting them.
On top of that, it is illegal in some states to have a dog under 8 weeks.
Like someone else stated, your dad and the seller did a VERY irresponible thing.

Get her some soft toys like stuffed animals or something…

WOW she need to be taken back to her breeder ASAP!!!! 6 weeks is too young to leave their mother and littermates!!! The seller did a horribly wrong thing, and is irresponsible. Even breaking the law in some states.
There is no breed as a shitzapoo. You have a mutt. There is no reason to breed a healthy shih tzu and a poodle together.
There is no “safe” toys to give a 6 week old mutt, besides what a responsible breeder will give her with her mother. She probably isn’t even vaccinated!

aa cute =] for now she’s too young I guess. I’ve got a pup whose now 9 months but we got him when he was 4 months . We bought him special toys for dogs that when he plays with them , they squeak xD he really likes to play with them because they have bright colours :]

You might want to save the money for the expensive vet bills you’re about to get by buying a irresponsibly bred mutt. He get her from a store too? Even better, a nice puppy mill puppy.
At 6 weeks she should be still with her mother and littermates, you may find that she’ll have socialisation issues, seperation anxiety or other behavioural problems from being taken so young.

EDIT: The poster must be is it 11 years the minimum registration age? If she’s under 11 she shouldn’t be here and if she’s over 11 years old her parents are teaching her that it’s OK to support bad breeding. They need educating.

There are so many things wrong here..
1) No such thing as a Shitzapoo.. It’s a mutt. Just call it that.
2) 6 weeks is too young for a puppy to leave it’s mother.
3) The dog will probably have anixiety problems when it gets older because you took it away from it’s mom to early..
The Solution: Take the dog back to the idiot who sold you the dog. Besides you’ll just have a walking vet bill at the end of the day.

She is only 6 weeks!!?? She is not supposed to be separated from her mother until she is 8 weeks! This may cause some problems, to let you know.
Separation Anxietcy for instence…
And I dont think you should buy any chew toys for her yet, because she will rarely use them at 6 weeks. She will mainly be sleeping the whole day. And the sleeping will continue for about another 4 weeks.
Puppies need their sleep, and especially because this one is not with it’s mother, like it is suppposed to be. Let it sleep.
Petco has an online site you can look at for toys, when roxy gets bigger. Check there
Anyways, good luck…to your dog.. Be careful, watch out for all the toxic foods, take her to a vet regulart for check ups, and please research everything you need to know about dogs… what kind of food you should feed.. good brands, health issues.. Be careful please.. you sound like a young person..

This is a kid why are you people so nasty.? Sweetie make sure your Dad has your puppy taken to the vet. Nylabone products are great I just got my new puppy (a shih tzu) who is 8 weeks a couple of them and she loves them. Good luck. I bet your puppy is very cute.

PetSmart has some nice puppy toys (under Dog/Nw Puppy Center). We have a cloth toy by Petstages that looks like a caterpiller that can be run under water and then put in the freezer for soothing puppy’s gums. Petstages has quite a few other toys suitable for a young puppy. You might have to wait a few weeks, since your puppy is so young.
