you could write to the muslim students’ associations (msa) of the various universities in mississauga and toronto. i know that they occasionally hold toy collection drives.
also the university of toronto has an initiative called the “orphan sponsorship program” (osp). they support orphans financially and emotionally in several different countries. your toys could be put to good use there.
